Shipping policy

Within Sweden
We usually pack your order the same day (applies to weekdays) and it will be delivered within 1-3 working days (normal delivery time is the next working day). We deliver the products with DHL, UPS, Postnord and Budbee. 

Outside of Sweden
We deliver to all countries worldwide. Delivery time is about 7 – 10 days. Your order is sent with DHL or UPS and you will receive a traceable package number sent to your e-mail. For customers outside the EU, any import VAT and customs duty is up to the recipient to pay. 

Prices
All prices include VAT at 25%. Should the VAT rate change, Bagliora reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly. Subject to any printing and typing errors, and products selling out.

Unpacked packages
It is up to the customer to enter a valid and correct address. If bagliora.com receives a package that was sent to the wrong address or not collected, the customer is responsible for paying shipping of SEK 150 for the return of the package. The postal agent will keep the package for 14 days from the arrival of the parcel to your delivery point.

Unsolved or unreceived parcels
When ordered a delivery you have up to two weeks to pick up your package. If you do not pick up your package, you will be charged for shipping costs, return shipping and handling costs, currently SEK 195 incl. VAT.
