By subscribing, you as a customer save 20% on each order. Depending on your needs, you can easily adjust your deliveries by choosing the order interval that suits you best. Choose your subscription
On the product page, select subscription purchase instead of one-time purchase. You will then be given the opportunity to adjust your order interval, i.e. how often you want the product delivered, based on your needs and/or our recommendations.

Go to the checkout

At checkout, you fill in your contact information or create/log in to your customer account with us, just like with a normal one-off purchase.

Delivery and payment

When you enter your delivery address, your shipping method is automatically selected. Subscription orders are always delivered to your home with PostNord within Sweden and with UPS within the rest of the EU. As a subscriber, you always have free shipping.

Order and delivery confirmation

After your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation as well as a subscription email containing information that a new subscription has been created and registered in our systems. If you have not received a confirmation of your subscription, please check your spam or contact us and we will help you. You will then receive a delivery confirmation informing you that your subscription order has been sent.

How do I pay for my subscription?

For your first subscription order, a payment card is available as a payment method. For your next subscription orders, only debit card is available as your payment will be automatically deducted from your account.

If you chose to pay by credit card for your first subscription order, the payment will be automatically deducted from the same credit card as long as you do not update your payment information in the customer portal.

When do I pay for my subscription after my first order?

Your payment will be deducted from your account depending on the day you place your first subscription order and depending on the order range you choose. This means that if you place your first subscription order on a Monday and choose a four-week order interval, the payment for your subsequent subscription orders will be deducted on Mondays every four weeks.

Can I change the order range, product quantity and add/change products?

Yes, you can change the order interval, product quantity and add/switch between products yourself after you receive your second subscription order. You can do this easily by logging into your account here at bagliora or by emailing us at Be aware that the cost of your subscription may be updated when you choose to make changes to your subscription.

Is there a lock-in period for subscriptions?

Yes, when you start your subscription and thus get to take part in our favorable subscription discount, you commit to pay and receive two orders. After your first two orders, there is no commitment period, but you can change, pause or end your subscription at any time.

Can I change my payment information and/or delivery address?

Can I make a subscription and a one-time purchase together?

Yes, you can buy a subscription and a one-time purchase at the same time. Please note that only debit cards are available payment methods when you choose to purchase a subscription and a one-time purchase together.

If I have a discount code, can I use it on a subscription?

No, you cannot combine your advantageous subscription with a discount code.

Continued deliveries according to your preferences

Since you commit to two orders when you take advantage of our favorable subscription discount, you will automatically receive and pay for your second order according to the order range you selected on your first order - convenient and flexible! 

Before your third order, you will have the option to change, pause or end your subscription whenever you want.

How often do you recommend subscribing to the various products?

Below you will find our recommendations for the order range of our skin care.

Hydrating Light Cream and Nourishing Rich Cream: Recommended order interval is 8 - 12 weeks if you apply 2-3 pumps morning and evening.

Hydrating Mousse Cleanser Cleanser: Recommended order interval is 4 – 8 weeks if you apply 3 – 4 pumps morning and evening.

Collagen superfood serum and Glow nutrient face oil Recommended order interval is 8 to 12 weeks if you apply 3-4 pumps morning and evening.

Clarifying leave on exfoliator

Recommended order interval is 12 - 16 weeks if you apply 3-4 pump tags morning and evening a few times a week or once a day.


General information
By placing an order, you are deemed to have read and accepted the terms of purchase. complies with the Consumer Purchase Act, the Distance and Home Sales Act and the Personal Data Act.

Who can shop?
In order to shop at, you must be 18 years old. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have a parent's permission to order from us. All attempts at fraud are reported to the police.

How do I pay?
You pay when you check out and pay through Klarna. Either via card, invoice, partial payment or bank transfer.


Within Sweden
For orders for which we received payment before the clock at 15.00 is usually sent from us on the same day (applies to weekdays) and delivered within 1-3 weekdays (normal delivery time is the next weekday). Will deliver the products with Postnord, DHL or Budbee.

Outside of Sweden
We currently only deliver to countries within the EU. Delivery time is approximately 7 – 10 days. Prices for shipping within the EU are 5 Euro, and to Norway 79 SEK.

Unclaimed packages
It is up to the customer to enter a valid and correct address. If you ordered delivery, you have up to 14 days to collect your package. If you do not pick up your package, you will be charged for shipping costs, return shipping and handling costs, currently SEK 195.


Our prices are in Swedish kronor. By default, all prices (except where specifically stated otherwise) are inclusive of VAT. For customers outside the EU, any import VAT and customs duty is up to the recipient
pay. When you have placed an approved order, you will receive an e-mail that is valid as order confirmation. If you have not received an order confirmation within 30 minutes, please check that you have entered the correct email address and notify us in case of error to have an order confirmation sent again.


If you shop over SEK 800, you get free shipping on your order. Otherwise, a shipping fee of SEK 49 will be added. Any return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. For delivery outside Sweden's borders, shipping costs 5 Euro and 79 SEK to Norway.


According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The cancellation period starts from the day you received the item. To invoke the right of withdrawal, the item must be unbroken in its original packaging. Reimbursement of the item's price takes place with a deduction for Bagliora's costs at the time of delivery. The customer is responsible for the return shipping.

In order for Bagliora to best deal with a product that you consider to be faulty and for you to be able to maintain your rights under the law, you must notify us of the complaint within a reasonable time after you discovered the fault or after you should have discovered the fault.

If you want to return an item, contact Bagliora customer service at and state your full name and order number as well as which products are to be returned. Fill in the included return form that was in your package when you received it. Put in a return form and then pack the product in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transport and send the package to

In the event of an approved complaint/cancellation of the purchase due to the right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount for your order within 14 days from the day we receive the goods in return to the card you made the payment with.

Refunds are made through Klarna or Swish (depending on which payment option you used) and can take up to 14 days.


Bagliora's products are formulated according to a Clean Beauty standard, which means that they are manufactured without substances that can irritate the skin such as parabens, mineral oils and silicones. So they shouldn't cause allergic reactions but of course everyone's skin is different so if you do experience a reaction we recommend you stop using the product and carefully phase in the product to see if the reaction persists or if it's something else you have reacted to.
Please note that we do not have a customer satisfaction guarantee. This means that we do not accept complaints about products that you have used but which do not meet your expectations. In case of possible allergy or hypersensitivity, we always recommend that you try your new product on a small area (such as the wrist) and wait 24 hours to see if you experience any reaction. According to the Consumer Purchase Act, it is not possible to complain about a product due to dissatisfaction, as we have no satisfaction guarantee.
