Bagliora comes from the Italian Bagliore, which translated means: glitter, sparkle, shine, shine or better summarized - to give glow. As all our products are developed to strengthen the skin's health and give it a natural healthy glow, it is a name that describes us perfectly.

We are a passionate skin care company with expertise in nutrition. For us, skin care is about more than what you see on the surface. Skin care and health go hand in hand.
Our science-based formulations contain a combination of the most nutritious and skin-enhancing ingredients such as antioxidants, omega fatty acids, prebiotics and vitamins. In combination with this nutrient-rich base, we have added the most effective ingredients in modern skin care technology. Our products are manufactured in a Swedish factory. For us, it was important to use a factory with clear environmental thinking and with the best chemists and producers on the market today. During development, we have had close cooperation and insight into every part of the process. Our premium packaging comes from a manufacturer in Germany.
All products except Cooling Eye Patches are manufactured in Sweden. Cooling Eye Patches are manufactured with a special Korean Hydrogel technology that is not yet available in Sweden. In Korea, they are experts in this technology, so we chose to collaborate with a manufacturer in Seol, Korea to produce this particular product.

You sort your bottles in containers for soft plastic. The outer packaging is sorted as cardboard.

We believe that the future of skin care is about 100% transparency, sustainability and individually tailored products. In an industry where the supply and product flow is enormous, quality and a clear sustainability mindset and responsibility become what separates us from the crowd. We produce our products in a green factory in Sweden and use airless premium bottles that produce minimal waste and are recyclable. Our outer packaging is also recyclable. In the long term, we also want to develop a refill option for our bottles.

Yes, all of Bagliora's products are 100% vegan and of course not tested on animals, which we are 100% against.

Our products have a very high natural and organic content. In 5 of our 6 products, the natural content is over 90%. These exact levels are printed on each product.
We have currently chosen not to Cosmos-certify our products. But this may possibly become relevant in the future if we feel that the customer would request such a certification.

We are aimed at anyone who wants an effective Clean Beauty skincare routine with products that deliver results. Day and night cream as well as our collagen-boosting serum contain some of the market's latest and most powerful peptides with a clear anti-aging effect and are therefore perfectly suited for those who want to keep their skin youthful for as long as possible. Our moisturizing mousse cleanser is incredibly gentle, gentle and balancing and is great for all ages.
Glow Nutrients Face Oil is 99% natural with 9 nourishing superfood oils. Packed with nutritional heroes like broccoli, chia, avocado, almond, raspberry seed oil and sea buckthorn, this is the definition of a nutrient-boosting green smoothie for your complexion. This is our personal favorite product and a real skin savior for you with dry skin and during the cold winter months as it makes the skin soft, supple with a healthy moisture-saturated glow.
Clarifying leave on exfoliator with 2% BHA and hyaluronic acid is an incredibly effective but gentle acid peel. A must-have product for anyone with acne-prone skin, stressed city women, tired mothers or anyone who wants to revive dull and dry skin.

Our nourishing superfood oil can be used on its own or in combination with other products. After serum and cleansing, you can advantageously mix a drop with your day cream or massage a drop onto the cheekbones as an extra glowy finish over the makeup. If the skin feels extra dry, massage two to three drops into the skin after cleansing each evening and before applying night cream. We like to keep our travelsize oil in our bag and lubricate both face and dry cuticles on cold autumn and winter days.

Our Clarifying leave on exfoliator with 2% BHA is one of the most powerful products in the range, designed to gently and effectively exfoliate dead skin cells and leave room for new fresh skin. Apply a few drops to a cotton pad and dab lightly over face (but avoid lash lines and lids). Do not rinse. For daytime, follow up with serum, day cream and sunscreen. For the night; Follow up with serum and night cream. BHA acid can increase the skin's sensitivity to the sun, so we recommend always following up with a sunscreen if you use the product during the day.
The exfoliation can be used daily, preferably in the evening, but we recommend that you try it out to get your skin used to it at first. We then recommend exfoliating the skin approx. 3 – 4 times a week for best results. If you have a hypersensitivity to salicylic acid, you should avoid BHA acid.

Yes, that the product feels a little when you just apply it is completely normal as it is so active. But it should not feel uncomfortable or irritated when the product has sunk into the skin, then you should stop using it. Also, always listen to your own body and feel free to get your skin used to the product by using it 1-2 times a week at first.

No, the products are scented with natural essential oils, but the regulations state that you must now also write parfum on these essential scents. In our opinion, these are a better option than synthetic fragrances that can contain over 500 different chemicals and endocrine disruptors and allergens that the manufacturer is not required to disclose.

Bagliora's products are formulated according to a Clean Beauty standard, which means that they are manufactured without substances that can irritate the skin such as parabens, mineral oils and silicones. So they shouldn't cause allergic reactions but of course everyone's skin is different so if you do experience a reaction we recommend you stop using the product and carefully phase in the product to see if the reaction persists or if it's something else you have reacted to. Please note that we do not have a satisfied customer guarantee. This means that we do not accept complaints about products that you have used but which do not meet your expectations. In case of possible allergy or hypersensitivity, we always recommend that you try your new product on a small area (such as the wrist) and wait 24 hours to see if you experience any reaction. According to the Consumer Purchase Act, it is not possible to complain about a product due to dissatisfaction, as we have no satisfaction guarantee.

Yes, according to our chemist and manufacturer, all products can be used when you are pregnant. If you still feel unsure, always consult your midwife or doctor.

HOW DOES A SUBSCRIPTION WORK?
By subscribing, you as a customer save 20% on each order. Depending on your needs, you can easily adjust your deliveries by choosing the order interval that suits you best. On the product page, select subscription purchase instead of one-time purchase. You will then be given the opportunity to adjust your order interval, i.e. how often you want the product delivered, based on your needs and/or our recommendations.

At checkout, you fill in your contact information or create/log in to your customer account with us, just like with a normal one-off purchase.

When you enter your delivery address, your shipping method is automatically selected. Subscription orders are always delivered to your home with PostNord within Sweden and with UPS within the rest of the EU. As a subscriber, you always have free shipping.

After your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation as well as a subscription email containing information that a new subscription has been created and registered in our systems. If you have not received a confirmation of your subscription, please check your spam or contact us and we will help you. You will then receive a delivery confirmation informing you that your subscription order has been sent.

For your first subscription order, a payment card is available as a payment method. For your next subscription orders, only debit card is available as your payment will be automatically deducted from your account.
If you chose to pay by credit card for your first subscription order, the payment will be automatically deducted from the same credit card as long as you do not update your payment information in the customer portal.

Your payment will be deducted from your account depending on the day you place your first subscription order and depending on the order range you choose. This means that if you place your first subscription order on a Monday and choose a four-week order interval, the payment for your subsequent subscription orders will be deducted on Mondays every four weeks.

Yes, you can change the order interval, product quantity and add/switch between products yourself after you receive your second subscription order. You can do this easily by logging into your account here at bagliora or by emailing us at hellobagliora.com. Please note that the cost of your subscription may be updated when you choose to make changes to your subscription.

Yes, when you start your subscription and thus get to take part in our favorable subscription discount, you commit to pay and receive two orders. After your first two orders, there is no commitment period, but you can change, pause or end your subscription at any time.

Yes, you can buy a subscription and a one-time purchase at the same time. Please note that only debit cards and gift cards are available payment methods when you choose to purchase a subscription and a one-time purchase together.

Since you commit to two orders when you take advantage of our favorable subscription discount, you will automatically receive and pay for your second order according to the order range you selected on your first order - convenient and flexible!
