Hi Hannah! What is important to you when choosing skin care?

- Nutrition! I want my products to boost my skin with the best pure ingredients. Truly caring deeply from the outside in.

Which products are most important in your routine?

-Cleansing and moisturizing. I love the entire Bagliora range and all products have an obvious place in my skin care routine. If I have to choose, the cleanser, the oil and the day cream are the essentials.

Which Bagliora product is your favourite?

- The cleaning! I love the mousse formula, the scent and how it deeply cleans and leaves the skin fresh.

What's your best skincare tip for an instant glow?

- A sweaty workout, haha! The endorphins and happiness from it is unbeatable. Otherwise, of course, I love the oil, which gives an immediate glowing result.


And your best skin care tip for long-term healthy and well-being skin?

- To be consistent with a nutritious diet, physical activity, nutritious products and really work on loving yourself from the inside. There's nothing like the GLOW you get when you radiate well-being from within.

Give us a tip to increase your well-being in everyday life?
- Show up! Be consistent and focused on your well-being from the inside out. Find small routines for your mental, emotional, spiritual and physical well-being. Set aside time and prioritize what really makes you feel good! What exactly that is, you know best yourself!

Your best training tip this summer?
- Set a clear intention with your training. When you know why you're doing something, it's easier to keep going and find the motivation. There is incredible satisfaction when we keep our own promises to ourselves.
Focus on rewarding yourself for doing your best instead of constantly focusing on reaching an end result. We easily end up in circles of feeling inadequate then. Fall in love with the journey of caring for and loving yourself.
