Hey Hannah! What is important to you when choosing skin care?

- Nutrition! I want my products to boost my skin with the best pure ingredients. Really cherish the depths from the outside in. 

Which products are most important in your routine?
 
-Cleaning and moisturizing. I love the entire Bagliora series and all products have an obvious place in my skincare routine. If I have to choose, the cleaning, oil and day cream are the essentials.

Which Bagliora product is your favorite?

- The cleaning! I love the mousse formula, the scent and how it deeply cleanses and leaves the skin fresh. 

What is your best skin care tip for instant glow?

- A sweaty workout, haha! The endorphins and the happiness from there are unbeatable. Otherwise, of course, I love the oil that gives an immediate glowing result. 


And your best skin care tip for healthy and healthy skin in the long run? 

- To be consistent with nutritious diet, physical activity, nutritious products and really work to love yourself from within. There is nothing that beats the GLOW you get when you radiate well-being from within. 

 

Give us a tip to increase their well-being in everyday life?
- Show up! Be consistent and focused on your well-being inside and out. Find small routines for your mental, emotional, spiritual and physical well-being. Set aside time and prioritize what really makes you feel good! What exactly it is, you know best yourself! 

Your best training tip this summer?
 - Set a clear intention with your training. When you know why you are doing something, it's easier to keep going and find the motivation. It is incredibly not satisfaction when we keep our own promises to ourselves. 
Focus on rewarding yourself for doing your best instead of constantly focusing on achieving an end result. We easily end up in circles of feeling inadequate then. Fall in love with the journey of taking care of and loving yourself.
