By subscribing, you as a customer save 20% on each order. Based on your needs, you can easily adjust your deliveries by choosing the order interval that suits you best. HOW DOES A SUBSCRIPTION WORK?

Choose your subscription
On the product page, you choose a subscription purchase instead of a one-time purchase. You will then be given the opportunity to adjust your order interval, i.e. how often you want the product delivered, based on your needs and/or our recommendations.

Go to checkout

At checkout, you fill in your contact information or create/log in to your customer account with us, just like with a regular one-time purchase.

Delivery and payment

When you fill in your delivery address, your shipping method will be automatically selected. Subscription orders are always delivered to your home with PostNord within Sweden and with UPS within the rest of the EU. As a subscriber, you always have free shipping.

Order and delivery confirmation

After your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation and a subscription email containing information that a new subscription has been created and registered in our systems. If you have not received a confirmation of your subscription, please check your spam folder or contact us and we will assist you. You will then receive a delivery confirmation informing you that your subscription order has been shipped.

How do I pay for my subscription?

For your first subscription order, debit card is available as a payment method. For your subsequent subscription orders, only debit card is available as your payment will be automatically deducted from your account.

If you chose to pay by debit card for your first subscription order, payment will be automatically deducted from the same debit card as long as you do not update your payment information in the customer portal.

When do I pay for my subscription after my first order?

Your payment will be deducted from your account depending on the day you place your first subscription order and depending on the order interval you choose. This means that if you place your first subscription order on a Monday and choose a four-week order interval, payment for your subsequent subscription orders will be deducted on Mondays every four weeks.

Can I change order intervals, product quantities and add/change products?

Yes, you can change your order interval, product quantity and add/switch between products after you have received your second subscription order. You can do this easily by logging into your account here at bagliora or by emailing us at hello@bagliora.com Please note that the cost of your subscription may be updated when you choose to make changes to your subscription.

Is there a commitment period for subscriptions?

Yes, when you start your subscription and thus benefit from our advantageous subscription discount, you commit to paying for and receiving two orders. After your first two orders, there is no commitment period and you can change, pause or end your subscription at any time.

Can I change my payment information and/or shipping address?

Yes, you can change your payment information and delivery address yourself. If you need help, please contact us at hello@bagliora.com

Can I make a subscription and a one-time purchase together?

Yes, you can purchase a subscription and a one-time purchase at the same time. Please note that only debit cards are available as payment methods when you choose to purchase a subscription and a one-time purchase together.

If I have a discount code, can I use it on a subscription?

No, you cannot combine your discounted subscription with a discount code.

Continued deliveries according to your preferences

Because you are committing to two orders when you take advantage of our generous subscription discount, you will automatically receive and pay for your second order according to your chosen order interval when you placed your first order - convenient and flexible! 

Before your third order, you will have the option to change, pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

How often do you recommend subscribing to the different products?

Below you will find our recommendations for the order interval of our skincare.

Hydrating Light Cream and Nourishing Rich Cream: Recommended order interval is 8 - 12 weeks if you apply 2-3 pumps morning and evening.

Hydrating Mousse Cleanser Cleanser: Recommended order interval is 4 – 8 weeks if you apply 3 – 4 pumps morning and evening.

Collagen superfood serum and Glow nutrient face oil Recommended order interval is 8 to 12 weeks if you apply 3-4 pumps morning and evening.

Clarifying leave on exfoliator

Recommended order interval is 12 - 16 weeks if you apply 3-4 pumps morning and evening a few times a week or once a day.

TERMS OF PURCHASE

General information
By placing an order, you are deemed to have read and accepted the terms and conditions of purchase. Bagliora.com complies with the Consumer Purchase Act, the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act and the Personal Data Act.

Who can shop?
To shop at Bagliora.com you must be 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you must have a guardian's permission to order from us. Any attempt at fraud will be reported to the police.

How do I pay?
You pay when you check out and pay through Klarna. Either via card, invoice, partial payment or bank transfer.

DELIVERIES

Within Sweden
For orders for which we have received payment before 3:00 PM, we usually ship the same day (applies to weekdays) and deliver within 1-3 weekdays (normal delivery time is the next business day). We deliver the products with Postnord, DHL or Budbee.

Outside Sweden
We currently only deliver to countries within the EU. Delivery time is approximately 3 – 5 working days. Prices for shipping within the EU are 5 Euro, and to Norway 79 SEK.

Germany

We ship all orders to Germany with DHL Parcel Connect. Delivery time is 3–5 working days. Prices for shipping to Germany are 10 Euro. Uncollected packages are automatically sent back to us and a charge of 10 Euro is made.

Unclaimed packages
It is up to the customer to provide a valid and correct address. If you have ordered delivery, you have up to 14 days to collect your package. If you do not collect your package, you will be charged for shipping, return shipping and handling costs, currently 195 SEK.

PRICES

Our prices are in Swedish kronor. By default, all prices (except where specifically stated otherwise) are inclusive of VAT. For customers outside the EU, any import VAT and customs duties are up to the recipient.
pay. When you have placed an approved order, you will receive an email that serves as an order confirmation. If you have not received an order confirmation within 30 minutes, please check that you have provided the correct email address and notify us at support@bagliora.com in case of an error to have an order confirmation sent again.


SHIPPING

If you spend over 800 SEK, you get free shipping on your order. Otherwise, a shipping fee of 49 SEK will be added. Any return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. For delivery outside Sweden, the shipping costs 5 Euro and 79 SEK to Norway. In Germany, the shipping costs 10 Euro.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / RETURNS / COMPLAINTS

According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the goods must be unopened in the original packaging. Refund of the price of the goods will be made with a deduction for Bagliora's costs upon delivery. The customer is responsible for the return shipping.

In order for Bagliora to best handle a product that you consider to be faulty and for you to be able to maintain your rights under the law, you must notify us of the complaint within a reasonable time after you discovered the fault or after you should have discovered the fault.

If you wish to return an item, please contact Bagliora customer service at hello@bagliora.com and provide your full name and order number as well as the product to be returned. Fill in the return form that was included in your package when you received it. Insert the return form and then pack the product in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transport and send the package to

If a complaint/cancellation of purchase is approved due to the right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount for your order within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods to the card you made the payment with.

Refunds are made through Klarna or Swish (depending on which payment option you used) and can take up to 14 days.

ALLERGIC REACTIONS

Bagliora's products are formulated according to a Clean Beauty standard which means they are made without substances that can irritate the skin such as parabens, mineral oils and silicones. So they should not cause allergic reactions but of course everyone's skin is different so if you do experience a reaction we recommend that you stop using the product and carefully phase the product in to see if the reaction persists or if it is something else you have reacted to.



Please note that we do not have a customer satisfaction guarantee. This means that we do not accept complaints about products that you have used but that do not meet your expectations. In the event of any allergy or hypersensitivity, we always recommend that you try your new product on a small area (such as the wrist) and wait 24 hours to see if you have any reaction. According to the Consumer Purchase Act, it is not possible to complain about a product due to dissatisfaction as we do not have a satisfaction guarantee.

These general terms and conditions may change from time to time. You will always find the latest version on Bagliora's website. In this context, we recommend that you read these terms and conditions before each purchase.

DISPUTE

We follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board of Complaints in the event of any dispute.

OTHER

Facts and price information are provided with reservation for printing errors, suppliers' price increases, possibly incorrectly stated technical specifications, etc. and for final sales. Bagliora.com reserves the right to change all information without prior notice.
