General terms and conditions
These terms and conditions apply to your registration as a user of the Bagliora online
shop and on all product ordered through Bagliora.com. By placing an order you must
to have read through and accepted the terms of purchase.

Who can shop?
To shop at Bagliora.com you must be 18 years of age. If you are under the age of 18,
you must have permission from the goalkeeper to order from us. All attempts at fraud
are reported to the police.

How do I pay?
You pay when you check out and pay through Klarna. Either by card, invoice, part
payment or bank transfer.

deliveries

Within Sweden
We usually pack your order the same day (applies to weekdays) and it will be delivered within 1-3 working days (normal delivery time is the next working day). We deliver the products with Postnord Varubrev 1:a klass for a fee of 39 SEK.

Outside of Sweden
We currently deliver to only countries within the EU. Delivery time is about 7 – 10 days. Your order is sent with Postnord and you will receive a traceable package number sent to your e-mail. For customers outside the EU, any import VAT and customs duty is up to the recipient to pay. Shipping costs to other EU countries are EUR 5, and to Norway 79 NOK.

Prices
All prices include VAT at 25%. Should the VAT rate change, Bagliora reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly. Subject to any printing and typing errors, and products selling out.

Unpacked packages
It is up to the customer to enter a valid and correct address. If bagliora.com receives a package that was sent to the wrong address or not collected, the customer is responsible for paying shipping of SEK 150 for the return of the package. The postal agent will keep the package for 14 days from the arrival of the parcel to your delivery point.

Delayed delivery
If we are unable to send your order within 5 working days, you will be notified via email.

Unsolved or unreceived parcels
If you ordered delivery with Posten you have up to two weeks to pick up your package. If you do not pick up your package, you will be charged for shipping costs, return shipping and handling costs, currently SEK 195 incl. VAT.

prices

Our prices are in Swedish kronor. By default, all prices are stated (except where specifically stated otherwise) including VAT. For customers outside the EU, any import VAT and customs duty is up to the recipient to pay.

When you place an approved order you will receive an e-mail that is valid as an order confirmation. If you have not received an order confirmation within 30 minutes, please check that you have provided the correct e-mail address and notify us in the event of a new order confirmation.

shipping

Free shipping on orders when purchasing two or more products or over 800 SEK within Sweden. When ordering a product, a shipping charge of SEK 39 will be added. Any return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. For delivery outside Sweden’s borders, other shipping conditions apply. Please contact us for more information.

return policy / return / complaints

Under the Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen), you as a customer have 14 days to cancel. The cancellation period starts from the day you received the item. In order to invoke the right of withdrawal, the product must be unbroken in the original packaging. Refund of the price of the goods is deducted for Bagliora’s costs on delivery. The customer is responsible for the return shipping.

In order for Bagliora to best handle an item that you consider incorrect and for you to be able to maintain your rights under law, you must notify us of the complaint within a reasonable time after you discovered the error or after you discovered the error. If an item is incorrect or incorrectly shipped, Bagliora pays return shipping.

If you would like to return an item, please contact Bagliora Customer Service at support@bagliora.com and provide your full name, order number and the goods to be returned. Pack the item (s) in such a way that they cannot be damaged during shipment and send the package to us.

In the event of an approved complaint / cancellation of a purchase due to the right of withdrawal, we will refund the sum for your order within 14 days from the day we receive the goods in return to the card with which you made the payment.

Refunds are made through Klarna and can take up to 14 days.

dispute

We comply with the General Complaints Board’s (Allmänna Reklamationsnämndens) recommendations in case of any dispute.

Facts and prices are provided with reservation for printing errors, suppliers’ price increases, if any. incorrect technical specifications, etc. and for final sale. Bagliora.com reserves the right to change all information without prior notice.
